Join us for a transformative workshop explicitly designed for the children of Holocaust survivors (2Gs) to address the unique challenges and transitions shaped by their shared legacy. Considering the recent Israel–Gaza conflict and the alarming rise in antisemitism, this session provides a safe and empowering space to navigate these vulnerable times. The workshop offers practical tools and skills for managing anxiety, depression, and trauma while fostering resilience and connection. Through research insights, lived experiences, and small group discussions, participants will explore ways to honor their intergenerational legacy of strength while building compassionate support systems for the future.
